Extremely Clean, amazing breakfast, great location
It was very difficult to understand one of the receptionist, either when speaking English and Polish. I noticed that other guests had the same issue.

Nice location just in front of the tram station, 10 mins access to down town. Excellent breakfast.
Dryer with very weak airflow should be improved.

Excellent breakfast, comfy beds and safe area. The rooms were very clean.
20 minute walk to reach the Centre, though tram stop right in front of the property.

It’s very new and clean. Good aircondition.
Extremely strong scent of parfume on the corridors, it was difficult pass to our room and one wonders what it was supposed to cover.
The gym was disappointment as on the pictures on booking.com it looked much bigger with weightlifting option but in reality it had only very limited cardio section (bikes, rowing, running mill)

We enjoyed our time in the hotel. It fully corresponds to our usual level of comfort. Nothing to add as a feedback, just a perfect place to stay, considering the location and the overal ratio of satisfaction/price. Thanks for hospitality.

Cannot thank the hotel and staff enough. My room was decorated with “Bride to be” decorations by total surprise! The hotel was spotlessly clean, breakfast was amazing and the rooms were so comfortable. Excellent location.
