Location - the hotel is right in the heart of old town. I went during Christmas market season and was able to easily get to and from the markets throughout my stay. Very central location.
Modern conveniences- beautiful architectural building but had a working elevator. Room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, heated bathroom floors, multiple outlets in the bedroom.
Staff - all the staff I interacted with were lovely. Answered all my questions. Very helpful.

Great hotel located within walking distance to everything. The breakfast was excellent with many vegetarian options. Very clean hotel, would definitely book again. Parking directly at hotel, which is one of the reasons that I booked this hotel.
