Quiet and peaceful, located in an not obvious part of the city. Polite staff, clean bathrooms and good breakfast.
WiFi had 3 networks, none of which could be accessed with the password provided.
TV did not have any channels available.

Friendly staff at reception, nice and warm in the room
Toiletries such as shower gel or shampoo were available in the reception as opposed to being provided in the room and we didn't realise they were available until we were leaving. The walls were a bit thin so we could hear snoring and coughing from another room

The stuff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The breakfast was tasty, fresh and exactly what you need in order to start your day, not too much and not too little.
It was really close to city center, and there is bus line K 50 meters from the hotel.
We came with a car, and there was plenty of parking spots.
There is also a very nice Patio Garden on the backside of the hotel
This was literally, the only thing I didn't enjoy.
The Faucet handle in the sink and shower, is a weird push button, that you need to press every 15-20 seconds, to activate the water stream.
I understand the water & bills saving purposes but, It doesn't make sense to shower like that

The room itself was very nice. Single, comfortable bed, a desk with chair, small "wardrobe", TV (I didn't use it). Everything very clean. Staff very helpful (I asked for a hair dryer and they gave it to me without hesitations). Tasty breakfast - delicious scrambled eggs! Good located.
The bathroom was also clean, shower could be renewed + a longer hose would be great :)

Whenever we had a question or special request, the staff at the front desk was happy to help and managed to fulfill our needs, e.g. more vegan breakfast options or change of room. The garden in the back of the hotel is lovely.

Great breakfast and although it's a small hotel, there is always someone at the reception. Room is large enough for a stay and has a desk to work at with your notebook. Supermarkets are very close nearby.
The bedsheets were not 100% clean, but the reception quickly took care of it. Also, one should note that there is an industry site nearby which some guests might find to be a nuisance.

The room we got had bed bugs that bit us. We woke up at night and the lady at the front desk gave us another room. In the morning we found out that we could not count on a refund and received a discount for the next stay...yeah, right..

One main negative - not confortable beds, should be definitely replaced. and we have missed glasses for water in the room.

Like on the pictures and description. Bed and breakfast. Simple, comfortable, nice, nothing exceptionable. Youll not regret considering place vs money. Ill come back tbh. Just because it was convenient.
Noise from outside. Smallest place (bed only). I really didnt like the bathroom (you have the button to pull everywhere - shower and sink, to let the water out). Breakfast - simplest but good, every day youll have eggs, sausages, bread and a little variety of vegs/cheese/ham.
