It absolutely exceeded our expectations. It felt like a hidden gem in the heart of the city. We visited for the Christmas markets, and it was just a few steps away from our accommodation. The hosts were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. If we return, I would definitely want to stay here again.

Large room ,traditionally furnished with a street view .Clean and comfy with powerful hot shower .A friendly ,open to the public bar downstairs - wide selection of ales and very reasonable prices - 18 zloti(£3 :50 ) for an excellent pint of Murphy's stout .
The shower base was ungrooved plastic and very slippy when wet .An accident possibly waiting to happen - the base needs a rubber mat .

Great location. Good value for money, especially compared to the adjacent hotels Patio and Art. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious room with a private bathroom. Cosy pub downstairs. Highly recommend it.
Breakfast would be a nice addition. No staff before 3pm. Limited number of rooms, so availability is an issue, especially on weekends.

The location is perfect for enjoying the unique atmosphere of Stare Miasto Wrocław. It is a quirky building, as is the room and the small pub downstairs quite welcoming and friendly. As an older solo traveller I felt quite safe and comfortable there.
The bath towels were very worn and covered in a lot of detergent residue. The bed linen was old and a bit scruffy.

I loved the location. It is very centrally located. Also the room was very quiet as it was looking at the backyard.
The water in the shower couldn't be adjusted. It was either cold or very hot. Also, there weren't any English speaking channels on TV.

Facilities especially the shower was malfunctioning. The shower was too hot to bath and too cold to bath. No moderate temperature. I could not have my bath throughout my stay. It was terrible. So many comments here about the shower but yet the management has not deem it fit to be fixed. The WiFi was also terrible. Not worth it generally. Future guests should be aware including booking.com.

Wonderful
The guesthouse is right downtown, so when you leave you are in the middle of things, but it is still quiet with the room going out to the back. At least mine was. Even though it was very hot outside the room was cool without AC. With two windows it was easy to air during the night as well.
The bed sheet was unfortunately very scratchy. I really wished that it could have been a regular cotton on. That was the only thing about the guesthouse I missliked.

The hotel itself is very, very nice. The location is the best - just 3-4 minutes walking distance from the main square. There is only 2 rooms on each floor, so it gives you nice homie vibes. The rooms are very large, the bathrooms are also large and both of them are very clean. Overall our stay there was good. I was surprised that we could not hear the pub on the 1st floor. And the gentlemen who actually give us our room keys, was very nice and helpful (our flight was delayed and we arrived very late, so he give us directions to two very good food places).
If you are on the 4th floor, please be prepared to hear everything from the room above you. I think that the wall/floor between them is wooden and you can hear everything. The light in the room is not enough (it's a little bit dark) and unfortunately, the shower in my room doesn't work properly (it was either very hot water or very cold

Very Good
The room was superconfortable, clean, big enough for 1 or two travellers, and the host was very kind. The position is super central and it was possible to reach all the places in Old town!
There was a little but boring problem with the hot water and a furniture in the room.
