Nice, effective and polite personell.
Finding the hotel from S2 at night without a gps would have been a nightmare, lots of crossings and lanes from the main road is a pain. Somewhat unclear directions inside the hotel, to our room caused unnecessary walking along corridores.

Quality hotel of a good standard, really comfortable beds.
The shower hose was broken. Also some water facilities were bit noisy overnight.
