The room was dated and needed urgent decoration. The shower head was broken which meant water sprayed everywhere soaking the bathroom floor

Location near train station. Lovely staff but provided noisy and old room. I was provided with extra breakfast (but did not use it).
Price too overestimated. The room was paid at general price, but I received very noisy and old room - it was looking to the big ventilators on the roof of the business center, and the soundproofing of windows is very poor, therefore it was not possible to sleep at night. Room was equipped with broken kettle, the plug for hairdryer in bath was not working. No welcoming drinking water in the room. Very old renovation and old style, like thirty years ago. In regard to city-view - too dirty windows to enjoy.

The hotel offers an excellent standard expected from a five-star property, combining elegance, comfort, and a very professional level of service. The location is convenient, with easy access to both the city center, key business areas and the main train station. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with high-quality bedding and thoughtful amenities that make the stay very comfortable. The breakfast selection is rich and well-prepared, with a good variety of options. We also visited the bar on the upper floors, which promises beautiful views over the city; however, due to heavy smog and inversion during our stay, visibility was very limited and unfortunately we could not fully enjoy the panorama. What stands out most is the staff - consistently attentive, discreet, and highly professional, always ready to assist with any request. Overall, the hotel provides a refined and reliable experience, and I can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for high-end accommodation in Warsaw city center.
