Such a clean space. Comfortable and quiet. Fresh sheets.
Good breakfast. 20€ for two people.
We felt safe there.
The TV is working.
You have your own key.
Comfy bed.
In the backyard there’s tables and chairs where you can sit.
Free parking space.
The only thing I can complain about is language.
The staff didn’t spoke English at all. Just a little bit of Russian. He spoke in Russian and Polish to us ? but at the end we understood each other. If you’re asking simple things it’s okay.

Great place, there is a yard, a trampoline for children, a large area of grass to run and play. The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, pillows. Breakfast is amazing, definitely better than a standard polish breakfast. The staff is very helpful.

Very friendly staff. Very nice villa with a lot of greenery around it. Free parking on the premises. Managed by the owner - Yannek is a great guy!
All minor remarks but you cant eat at the hotel late evening and there is nothing around within walking distance; wifi occasionally turns off and needs to be reset by the staff; staff doesn't speak much English so occasionally there may be an issue; There is some trick with the hot water which I have yet to figure out but I bathed in the warm shower (as opposed to hot).

OK location, not far from city center, free parking which is a good deal if you travel by car to Warsaw. Late check-in possible as the reception works 24/7 if I understood correctly. Friendly guy, easy check-in process.
I really wanted to like this place but there was a few issues I'd like to mention - it was quite cold in the room, with no option to change that manually, bed was quite stiff even for me (and I never complain about these kind of things). The breakfast was far from the pictures shown in booking.com, maybe because the hotel wasn't very busy in middle of September. Overall OK experience, but I will try something else next time when visiting nearby.

Fabulous place despite the language barrier. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, the showers very good. The staff go to great lengths to make you comfortable, albeit communication is easier via the Booking.com messenger option than over the phone (there's almost no spoken English). This was the second time I stopped by (the last time having been four years ago), and the place has lost nothing, it's as welcoming and brilliant as ever. Breakfast is humongous, you'll leave the table feeling guilty because you didn't manage to eat it all. The location is perfect if you're passing through Warsaw by car and want to dodge rush hour traffic on your way east.
Communication is difficult, but works through the Booking.com messenger option.
