Very nice place, italian style, every detail thought through. Very nice garden, interior, superb personnel. Very convienent with car, as location is in Warsaw outskirts. We will be back on our next car trip.

This is like little Italy- lovely place, so nice vibe and style.
Grapes at the morning buffee, good coffee, eggs and bacon, soft bread. On the last morning we had to leave early and they even made very big sandwiches for us, plus there was also ice tea and yogurt. We were very surprised - thank you very much ?
Bed was little bit hard and noisy and you can hear other people talking, but nothing too bad.

The breakfast was lovely! The grounds and restaurant were picturesque and perfect! Easy, free parking.
There wasn't AC and we were there during a heat wave. It made things pretty uncomfortable. If you left the door open at night, bugs came in. The shower door needs a plastic strip at the bottom so the water doesn't leak all over the bathroom floor.

great location, a bit further away from the city centre so it’s really calm here. the room is cozy, bathroom is clean. breakfast is tasty. we didn’t stay here for a long time, just an overnight stop on our roadtrip but it was amazing, would definitely stay here for a peaceful time again!

Lovely mediterranean environment in Warsaw, outside of the city, close to a forest. Easy parking, nice building, kind staff, lovely terrace. Very good kitchen, exceptional breakfast (even with special need - gluten free bread, vegan milk). Clean rooms.
All was good, if to mention: small bathrooms however all was really clean, it was a bit far from the centre but in a nice area, close to forests

Great location if you're looking for something quiet and private. Cozy atmosphere and really friendly staff. We arrived when the reception was closed so they left the key into the keybox and informed us of the details. Breakfast was really good and the vibe of the restaurant was amazing. Beds were not too soft, sleeping quality was super.
There was no garbage bin in the room. There were not many sockets also. Room was rather small, no information in there about WiFi connection or any brochure at all about hotel etc. Coffee at breakfast was not very good.

The nature around is beautiful and the bus stop is right next to the villa. There were a lot of options for breakfast. You will get clean towels and shower gel with shampoo. The personnel were very friendly and kind :)

A beautifully maintained garden, on the first floor there is a restaurant where breakfast is served, it is possible to have dinner.
Water was leaking from the refrigerator in the room, we asked to change the room. In the next room, it was not possible to open the window in ventilation mode. The beds are narrow. There is no shelf in the bathroom. The hotel needs repairs, I felt that everything was dirty. It was noisy at night because there is a military zone nearby

The staff were extremely helpful, knowing that we have to check out early they served us breakfast half an hour earlier than scheduled! The hotel garden is just beautiful, atmosphere - very friendly and peaceful. Will definitely consider coming back.

Cozy clean apartment, delicious breakfast. It is convenient that you can have dinner right here. Live music is played in the restaurant on Fridays. Nice service. Nothing was missing for a three night stay
