Very Good
I loved what was included (free tea, coffee and so on) as well as it was very comfy, there is really good heating and a balcony. Everything you'd want from a hotel you can find here.

The location is very convenient, close to the airport, and there’s a nice Italian restaurant about 200 meters away with great pasta and pizza. A Biedronka supermarket is also nearby, which is very handy.
The room was small but perfectly fine for an overnight stay. I had access to a little balcony, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was comfortable and equipped with a hairdryer.
There is a shared kitchen available, and the breakfasts were excellent - I would highly recommend them.
The staff left a very pleasant impression. Good value for money considering current prices.
One minor downside was the soundproofing - I could hear noises from the neighboring rooms. However, this is a fairly common issue in many hotels and didn’t significantly affect my stay.
Another small inconvenience was that my check-in time wasn’t confirmed, and since I arrived late, it wasn’t entirely clear how to check in. It would have been helpful to have clearer instructions provided in advance.

Good location. Option to park the car for free. Very kind and helping personnel.
Bed linen had too strong smell of laundry detergent. Old smell in the rooms, we had to keep windows open all the time. Lack of enough warm water in the shower. Average cleanness.

Breakfast was good. The host was very accomodating.
The place is clean. The showers are good. The bed is small but comfortable.
The facility doesn't have elevator. Without the help of our male friend , it would be impossible for us old ladies to bring up the luggage to the second floor.

It was clean in the room. There were soap, toilet paper and towels.
Location is near the Zachodnia railway station, ten minutes by the Uber.
I was with two suitcases, and I need a room on the first floor. But it was not an. elevator , and it is hard to lift up or down the heavy suitcases.
In the room was only water with a gas. It was not instant coffee. It is difficult to make coffee without a cofemachine.
Otherwise, everything was OK.

10 minutes drive from airport. They can arrange taxi for you. I asked for early check-in, and they accepted without any additional charge. Good functional room with anything you might need.
The owner doesn't reply to messages, so the only way of communicating is by phone. However, they speak English and are very helpful.

Awesome, very-very good breakfast! Clean, comfortable, cozy room, coffee-making kit in the room, nice terrace, efficient and nice staff. Peaceful location.
WiFi connection could be stronger, but it was working anyway.

Efficient check-in process. Has all basic amenities that are needed for a short stay close to airport between flights.
It is a small room and initially felt a bit stuffy upon entry. The WC and sink have very little legroom between them.

I had to cancel the day before but no refund. I had injured myself 2cdays before arriving and phoned to be sure I would not have to climb stairs. Unfortunately they didn't have elevators and I never noticed that mentioned on website. I cancelled by phone but they still sent me information on how to enter as a late arrival when I was, a "no-show" at 9 pm.
