Nice location, great breakfast, selection of pillows, fast elevator and pleasant staff.
Elements in room looked outdated, some dusty things in the room, stains on walls.

Hotel in general was good..
Food in restaurant and breakfast was not at 5* level.. also staff very very un polite. I was seeing some dessert on buffet because it was a Halva Raspberry something never seen and Halva is familiar for us Albanians but the staff lady told me so fast no no buffet no.. i said i’m sorry i’m just looking is not allowed to have a look? Also reception deactivated my card automatically after 12.00 ok but when i gone to reactivate it was only 1 staff member and let me wait more than 15-20 just for 1min job to be done and she also looked that i was with my son 5 yrs old. Today i sit to order a soup or something for my son and told waiter i’m in hurry because my transfer was already outside hotel we wait around 5-10 min and he didnt even come to take order so we just have gone from them. In general staff not good with us. Today barista said to someone your order 25 min for 2 espressos he said what? Yeah 25 min because i have lot of orders in my head..but the way he said 25 min it was very very rude! First time hearing someone say 25 min for 2 espressos

Wonderful
We upgraded to a corner bedroom with huge windows and excellent views of the downtown area in Warsaw. Location was easy walking distance to many dinner and sight-seeing options. We had access to all-inclusive lounge on the top floor, this was fabulous and a great place to have a coffee, read a book, eat quiet breakfast, get an afternoon aperitivo before dinner etc. The room was well-appointed with mini-fridge and coffee/tea making equipment.
The beds and pillow selection themselves were comfortable but the bedding (duvet) was extremely heavy/thick and massive, we really battled with it. This is total overkill for a room in a hotel with indoor heating. Lighter options should be available. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

Breakfast is great, room is clean and compfortable, internet is fast and reliable. Gym at 3rd floor has everyting that you may need. Great location close to central train and undground stations.
Youtbe account at tv is reset every time after turning TB off.
