We upgraded to a corner bedroom with huge windows and excellent views of the downtown area in Warsaw. Location was easy walking distance to many dinner and sight-seeing options. We had access to all-inclusive lounge on the top floor, this was fabulous and a great place to have a coffee, read a book, eat quiet breakfast, get an afternoon aperitivo before dinner etc. The room was well-appointed with mini-fridge and coffee/tea making equipment.
The beds and pillow selection themselves were comfortable but the bedding (duvet) was extremely heavy/thick and massive, we really battled with it. This is total overkill for a room in a hotel with indoor heating. Lighter options should be available. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

Breakfast is great, room is clean and compfortable, internet is fast and reliable. Gym at 3rd floor has everyting that you may need. Great location close to central train and undground stations.

Nice design, proximity to metro and tram stops. Spacious rooms with all amenities to be able to work and be comfortable for a longer stay.
Breakfast had more than enough choice and was delicious every morning. Great gym facilities and great that it was open 24/7.
The lifts are a novelty!
Staff at reception were not particularly attentive or friendly whereas the bar & restaurant staff had superb customer service.
The bar atmosphere wasn’t terribly warm and inviting, more like a seating area than an inviting space to spend the evening.

Absolutely love this hotel! Breakfast, room, staff - every single detail was perfect. And really good vegan meals!
They fixed it right away, but instead of two robes and pairs of slippers, they prepared only one.
