Lovely hotel in Warsaw. Our stay was wonderful and relaxing. Rooms are spacious and beds big and comfortable. Perfect location with walking distance to old town and most landmarks.

Good, comfortable and spacious room, very big bed in superior. Hotel offers nice breakfast and also decent restaurant and bar. Room service 24/7.

The breakfast was truly excellent, with an incredibly wide selection. There were three types of pancakes alone, and the variety of fresh juices was also a very pleasant surprise.
The only experience we did not enjoy was during our visit to the spa/pool area. It was around 9 p.m. when a group of Russian-speaking guests arrived with children aged approximately 4–6. The children started splashing and shouting loudly in the pool, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. We had to leave the pool and the entire spa area quite quickly because the loud screaming was very disturbing.
In my opinion, children should not be allowed in the spa/pool area in the evening, as this is not an amusement park. The hotel is elegant and luxurious, so this area should also maintain an appropriate 5-star level.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a lot of storage room and seating possibilities. Everything was very clean and the house keeping staff was attentive to details, e.g. put camomile tea in our room in the evening.
We enjoyed the large pool and the sauna very much.
I don’t have anything I didn’t like.
