The location is good if you like taking public transportation. The hotel, when new, has probably a jewel...
After our 5th time at the hotel, we can say it's time for a face-lift and extensive renovation. The Delux rooms are tired and outdated. The breakfast felt uninvited compared to the Intercontinental in the Center or Radisson collection. The spa is aging, and the steam room had not been working for a few weeks. On our last day, the hotel had two events in parallel, which occupied the lobby, leaving us no place to sit ... which means that the event director did not consider their guests, and the income grab was the only thing on their mind. It really felt as if the hotel is on its last leg...

Location, food.
1. Windows in room did not open 1. Constant noise from loud music. 3. I called reception 10 times and no one ever picked up the phone. 4. They hung up on me 3 or 4 times. I had to call the restaurant to get the heater to work. 5. Room was cold. 6. Room was dark. 7. Room had two unusable sockets and one somewhat usable far from my bed. 8. Could not charge anything to my room from the restaurant AND the restaurant and reception had poor communication. 9. Restaurant manager was rude on top of disorganized payment system 10. Reception desk employee was rude and wrongfully delayed my departure to the airport to tell me I need to pay for breakfast which was already paid resulting in me getting upset and eventually missing my flight (I typed the wrong airport name as I was too upset to be in a good mind). 11. Plumbing made loud noises during the night every night waking me up. 11. The female reception desk employee was rude and checked out and this deserves its own bullet point, she was dismissive and did not react even after she made a mistake about the payment of a breakfast item and she did not apologize or seemed bothered. 12. House keeping got my out of the room to do house keeping on a Sunday at past 2 pm when I was gone from the room since around 6:30 am and only returned at the time she came to do house keeping.

The food was very delicious, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was large and comfortable.
I chose this hotel because the description stated that there is a jacuzzi. However, upon arrival, it turned out that it has not been working for 3–4 months. After checking previous reviews more carefully, it’s clear that this issue has existed since October. Unfortunately, there was no information about this in the hotel description, which was quite disappointing. If I had known this, I would not have chosen this hotel.

Disappointing

My recent stay at Regent Warsaw Hotel was unfortunately disappointing and far below the expectations of a five-star establishment.
Upon arrival, my room did not include bathrobes. After requesting them at reception, I had to wait over two hours and follow up twice before they were finally delivered. When they arrived, the bathrobes were damaged and had large holes, which was unacceptable for a hotel of this category.
The overall condition of the room was also disappointing. The walls were stained, and the bed linen was torn. These are fundamental standards that should be maintained in any five-star hotel.
Additionally, the experience at the pool area was inconvenient and unhygienic, as guests needed to place towels on other hotel items instead of directly on the sunbeds.
Considering the hotel's advertised luxury status, the service and room quality did not meet expectations. Significant improvements are needed to align the experience with five-star standards.

Great location, nice size of the rooms and bathrooms. Nice swimming pool.
It was extremely hot in the room and basically nothing to breath, as it is impossible to open a window and the air conditioning was obviously not working properly. I have approached the reception several times on the matter, asking to check the AC, but was only advised that they have lowered the room temperature remotely. However, nothing changed. Very sad.

Location
Stuff is not helpful, always was referring to Booking and didn't want act on their side, for 5* hotel it is unacceptable. Room was very cold, with maximum power of air conditioning to heat. I came back sick. I paid for early check in, for 2night, didn't take a breakfast at all, should to check out at 6am. 5* hotel is ignoring me on any question on the refund. One more point on the first day, we agreed with receptionist on the invoice formatting for me to be able to report it to the company, by the end through mail they mentioned that it is impossible. If you are looking for the responsibility it is nothing about this place.
