The room is small, untidy, there was noise from the street, there were no slippers, there was no bag in the trash can, there were stains on the curtains, the carpet on the floor was very dirty

Ive always loved this hotel and especially the staff. Its why I keep coming back
They closed the courtyard garden. It was a beautiful oasis amidst the noise of Warsaw. It was quiet. Now. Shut. Breakfast still doesnt have bacon for its buffet nor can it be requested. The onerous weiners and the really soggy scrambled eggs was the last straw for me breakfast wise. Im thinking of the hotel across the way for breakfast in future. Its at least well cooked and they have ….BACON

The only thing that makes feel non comfortable at all was the cleaning personnel, who started sitting near your room, monitoring you or catching you almost from the elevator since early morning about your plans for cleaning and pushing to convenient time for cleaning she wants. If you doesn't match to leave the room for the agreed time for cleaning services, the lady could become a little bit tough. It would be good that such issues will be tackled by the hotel and start cleaning the room, for example around 11 am, when you diffidently leave the room and no need to have a conversation with the cleaning crew about you must do and what you agreed to do earlier

Beautiful hotel, spotless clean and the staff were all very friendly.
Suites arent accessible for anyone with a disability so if you are travelling with more then 2 people and one person has a disability their bathrooms arent accessible. We had our daughter with us and it was very difficult to shower her with the way the shower is. No shower seat so she had to sit on the floor of the shower to be washed.
