I like the view from the room, the cleanness, and the staff—very polite and supportive. I had clean towels every day, amenities, and so on. The breakfast is good and diverse enough; the staff provided me with vegan milk, as I am lactose intolerant, per my request. Highly appreciated. Thank you for your help in accommodating; when it was revealed that my window opener was broken, I was transferred to another room at the speed of light. In hospitality, issues can occur, but what truly matters is how they are handled — and your team demonstrated genuine care and professionalism. Thank you for that.

Very clean, nice room, very comfortable!
There is no soap in the room and no water. In case of water, I book it downstairs and thats ok, but once you are arriving nearly at 12 after long trip, first thing to do-wash your hands and there no soap provided.
