Only location
No nice breakfast,very small room and bathroom,
Not even once they serve with complimentary water , no intercom in room to connect with reception ,
If you want to stay you have to buy water even from outside

Location is perfect, near the bus stops, tram stops, train, and only 30 minutes from the airport. Very close to Warsaw Uprising Museum, Palac Kultury, Zlote Tarasy.
Few decent restaurants in walking distance, and only a short drive to Hala Koszyki food hall.
It was clean - which is a main thing for me, staff was nice, we managed to check in about an hour before the time which they didn't have to let us do.
Rooms are tiny, to the point it's difficult to get into the bathroom, and if you are tall, you may need to leave the door open once you are in.
Breakfast was super basic, I wasn't expecting much for 35PLN but at least some fried eggs would be nice.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was serviceable. It is a budget option but I was surprised about the good night of sleep I had there.
It can get too hot inside the room and I had to open the window. Thankfully the street was quiet but you can be unlucky.

Only the cleanliness
I was accommodated in a double room and paid for four nights the exact same amount as my friends, a couple accommodated in the exact the same type of room. Besides, the room does not satisfy either in size or in facilities.

Good location, amenities are closed by (groceries, drugstore), good connection to public transport. The hotel itself is fairly simple, but provides everything you need for a weekend getaway. Room itself was okay, beds were comfortable, there was enough storage room. Our room had also a nice view, so that was great. Breakfast was also tasty and fairly plentiful. We had a nice stay at this hotel and we would come and stay again.
Nothing in particular, but some people might find the bathroom too tiny. It was not a problem for us, but for some people it might be difficult to get around. Also there is a chance that your room might face the rail tracks. Again, it was okay for us and we were able to sleep just fine, but some might find it more difficult to sleep.
