Wonderful
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, especially due to the location, security, and the host’s service. I would choose this apartment again for future visits to Warsaw. The apartment’s location is excellent, just a 15-minute walk from AWF, which was very convenient for my professional commitments. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful; she was always willing to assist with anything we needed. Security at the property is outstanding: my partner forgot her bag at the entrance, and after three hours, we found it safely at the security office thanks to the host’s quick response and the security staff. The apartment was clean and functional for our stay.
There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, which made using the shower a bit inconvenient. Although the listing on Booking.com stated that there was a washing machine, there wasn’t one available in the apartment. The apartment did not have blackout blinds, so there was a lot of light coming in during the early morning, which might disturb light sleepers.

Great location, this appartment is located futher from the center, but you have metro station, bus station and train station just outside of the building, so every object is reachable by 5-20 min. ride via public transport, it was very convenient to get to where we were going every time. Amazing, stunning views of Warsaw from the balcony, you get a large balcony with chairs and a table overlooking the city. The appartment is cozy, well renovated, it has all the appliances and equippment you need for comfortable stay, a well equipped kitchen.
Noisy, the appartment is located above a huge highway and the traffic noise is quite loud even with closed windows. Take earplugs, I'm not even a light sleeper, and I had trouble sleeping as it was loud. Also, this appartment has no AC, so if you travel in summertime you'll have to open windows to air out the room, and then the noice from traffic gets really loud (impossible to sleep).

Great location, easily accessible from different directions while using public transport. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity with good opening hours. Despite the fact that windows overlook a main road, the apartment was quiet both during night and day. We did not hear any noise/sounds from the neighbours either. The apartment was nicely clean upon arrival. We found everything we needed for almost a week-long stay (towels, hair dryer, tea and coffee, toiletries...). The furniture was comfortable enough, we did had enough space for leisure and work without tripping over each other. It definitely felt bigger than it looked on the photos :)

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport, there are cafes and restaurants in this same building, as well as two grocery shops. The beds were really comfy and the place is equipped with most things you might find useful during the stay. There is a big balcony, a fan, some stationery, and even a sewing kit. Wi-fi works very well.
The street the apartment is located on is quite noisy, which would probably not be a problem had we stayed there during a colder time of the year, but with the balcony door open due to the heat, it was a bit problematic.

It was nice, that the host (or his colleague) waited for us up till later than midnight, for our flight has been delayed. The flat is comfortable, though the space is really modest.
If there were a key available somewhere in the safe near the door, the host could feel more free and the guests could feel less guilty for being late.

Nice apartment with good location. The metro is close and all the shops are nearby. The center can be reached very quickly.
The apartment needs a refurbishment of the shower and it was a little dirty in the apartment, but it's not a big problem.

Clean, modern apartment with good transport links to the centre and nearby local amenities.
The shower head didn't have a mount or shower curtain which made things awkward, also the window 'blinds' do nothing to block out the light, so be prepared to be woken up early!
