I have nothing to mention from the very beginning they impressed me with their inhospitality and I ended up cleaning my room as it was quite dusty
the tidiness of room leaves much more to desire, the staff communication is very poor ( softly to say):
Very disappointing check-in experience.
The complex is large, yet no clear instructions were provided on where to go upon arrival — only a phone number “in case of questions.” When I called, the receptionist answered but abruptly ended the call before I could confirm the directions.
During check-in, manager Mariia refused to send the payment confirmation by email, which is a completely reasonable request. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. She even said: “If you want good service — book a hotel, these are apartments.” This is unacceptable in hospitality.
I felt unwelcome and will not be returning.

The property is clean and modern, and so close to the city center. Some of the best restaurants, bars, and shopping is within steps of this building.

Nice quiet location. Close to restaurants. There’s a grocery on the next building.
Not so complete kitchenette. There was no dish cloth, paper towels. There was a washing machine but they do not provide laundry detergent.

I liked the central location just walking distance from the main railway station and subway stations. Essentials like Biedronka discount store was on the ground floor. This is a nice place to stay for a few days and have kitchen with stove, microwave etc. Located in the business part of Wola district the aparthotel can be great place for business travelers.

There is no one to talk to. They don't respond to requests despite the fact that I asked 6 weeks earlier. They decided not to clean our room even though we stayed for 7 nights. The bathroom needs repair. In short, I was deeply disappointed."

The room is very beautiful! The bed is comfortable and the living room is spacious!
Everything was great, but the balcony was very dirty. Everything else was perfect. Maybe a bigger table in the kitchen—it's too small to fit breakfast and a book! And the curtains don't cover the corners of the windows so the light enters!
