I love the contact-less and seamless procedure to receive the key from a lock box. However the instruction was not simple and clear enough but rather erroneous and complicated.
There is a gate code to get into the unit building, and the instruction code included unnecessary letters to confuse user. Also the floor number was incorrect. I stayed in 4th floor, but instruction said 2nd floor.

Perfect location with clean apartment. The beds were so comfortable and clean.
A smart tv would have been better, my kids couldn’t watch the tv because every channel was in Polish and the bath tube was blocked and there was a complain about it before but the owner didn’t fix it.

The apartment is OK. The rooms are quite small, but cozy. All necessary things are in place. Quite warm and clean. The location near the airport was convenient for us.
The first issue was in getting instructions to get keys - I got none in the booking and hardly could find the way to get them to WhatsApp. Also we found dishwashing mashine full of dirty dishes. And inspite that booking was for two adults, the smaller bed had the cover size as for teenager - luckily my colleague is quite short (but it was inconvenient).
