Very Good
Really friendly and helpful staff. It felt like home.away from home. The sports facility lent an air of vibrancy and camaraderie with Warsaw citizens. Close to the center, nice neighborhood. Will definitely go there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room appeared clean; however, there were some long hairs on the bedsheet, which was a bit off-putting.

Location was perfect
Pillows inserts were very old and they need to be replaced. This had a significant impact on the sleep quality.
Not a big expense for a hotel so this was very disappointing.

Bus stops are near.
They had just chocolate muffins on breakfast.
Even with a heating on, there was a bit cold at the room.

The breakfast is excellent, the hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful.
The staff at the pool entrance (the pool is not a part of a hotel, but hotel guests can use it for free for up to 90 min/day) is not interested in speaking English.
