I liked the location, the space and the pleasant service at the reception.
I didn't like a lot of things. First of all, it says that you can use the pool, but neither the jacuzzi nor other tracks for children work in it, so you need caps for the pool, which were impossible to buy in the pool area at the vending machine, the question arises, where can we get caps if they are not available in the hotel or in the pool. Without caps, our family and friends' families were not allowed into the pool, which meant that we paid for services that we did not receive. Because neither in the hotel rooms are there caps, nor in the pool area could we buy them. The staff in the pool area was very aggressive and unpleasant. I will never return to this hotel.

Friendly staff, good location for klub Stadola for a concert
You don’t have any privacy, the walls are not soundproof, was confusing to find the hotel because it has a pool and looks not like a hotel, I didn’t even wanted to sleep in the bed, there was some kind of smell and the bed itself was uncomfortable, dirty shower, no hair dryer.

A very good hotel with swimming pool, close to Oleandrów Street.
They used to offer an ecxeptionally good breakfast in the past. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case.

Really friendly and helpful staff. It felt like home.away from home. The sports facility lent an air of vibrancy and camaraderie with Warsaw citizens. Close to the center, nice neighborhood. Will definitely go there again.

Room was a good size. Fresh towels each morning. Got to leave our bags on the last day and use the hotel as a base for charging phones before going to airport. Really appreciated.
The pool wasn't open. Which wasn't great as it was the main selling point for me. Also there was no breakfast. Not a huge issue, but still would have liked breakfast and going by previous comments there used to be
