Wonderful
The location is good and the internet is fast.
The hotel is constantly crowded — the reception area feels like a marketplace. Breakfast is a disaster; there’s never enough seating, and you end up walking around with a plate in your hand trying to find a place to sit.

Location. Cleanliness
Surly, rushed, inflexible front desk, restaurant and bar staff. Noisy location, with street car rumblings on one side, and loud, late-night bars (that close at 6 am) on the back. If you need to sleep, this is not the hotel for you.

Excellent location, very nice view especially from the upper floors; we were able to benefit from early check-in without having paying extra. Very easy check-in / check-out. Table tennis and table football are really a plus when you have kids.
I am not a big fan of very large hotels, and on this particular case, there were long waiting times at the elevators at rush hours (for instance, just after the breakfast ends towards 10am).

Breakfast was amazing — everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. If I visit Poland again, I will definitely stay at this hotel once more. The children’s entertainment area was great, and we also loved the table football and table tennis. Overall, everything was absolutely super!
