The location was great, and they provided me with an extra duvet the next day when I requested it. The receptionist immediately replaced my key when it broke in half inside the lock.
It was cold in my room. Half of the radiator did not work and was cold; the other one worked, but it wasn't enough to heat up the room. Had to ask for an additional duvet.
The room was located in the attic so it had a sloped ceiling with a super small window that did not have any curtains to it. When I was naked in the room, all the neighbors were able to see it. It was also very dark in the room because of the super tiny window.
I also left the hotel a day before my checkout because of that.
I additionally experienced issues opening the room, I consider the instructions incomplete (the part about the handle code was unclear). They could be written in a better way.

I liked pretty much everything about it, especially the stuff they were friendly and helpful. The location is great and in such a beautiful historical building!
The only thing that I believe needs to be improved is the bed mattress cause it wasn't that comfortable and it was kinda hard.

Very friendly staff. One of the showers has a basic hairdryer, but you can ask for a more powerful one at reception. There’s a kitchen where you can make tea and coffee for free, and there are plenty of dishes available. The toilets were cleaned every morning.
There was a double bed in my room, and one side had a slightly worn mattress. I also wasn’t cold at night only because I was able to cover myself with two blankets.

Very good location near to nowy swiat and has zabka very close. 3 bedroom has a very nice view from balcony I was surprised they have a balcony. Shower room is nice and clean also and quite spacious. Toilet could be a bit better
The toaster from common room/kitchen doesnt work but it's okay we can just pan fry the bread. Theres not really system for your stuff in the fridge and there are times that other guests took/stole our food even when we put a label with paper on it.

cannot imagine how this can be rated with 8 stars overall, felt so uncomfortable that we spontaneously booked a hotel nearby although it was already late, what a scam
- the pictures did not match the real condition of the room (old furniture and bed sheets, damages to the wall, windows not closing tightly, etc.)
- the room itself was huge but felt cold and empty
- matresses were out of simple foam!
- it was REALLY loud from the street, the bar in the groundfloor and the neighbouring rooms
- cleanliness unaccaptable and unpleasent smell in the washing room/showers
- no reception available when we arrived to share our distress
- waste of money since we did not stay here in the end

Wonderful
I liked the room and the facilities, washrooms and bedroom were clean and comfortable. The location is really good and has quick access to public transport and it is just right next to one of the busiest streets but surprisingly enough, it is very quiet.
The room had no bedside table lamp and only had the room light, which was inconvenient. Also, there was no curtain on my bedroom window so I had to use an extra towel I was given to cover it during the night.

Suprisingly nice, calm and quiet place, great location. Clean and cosy kitchen, well maintained showers and bathrooms. Were were among several families with kids, it felt safe and peaceful.

Wonderful
I received a warm welcome at the reception. Loved the building, the high ceilings and the quiet street. I cannot think of a better place to stay in Warsaw you want to be close to the tourist attractions. The hotels in the neighbourhood are quite expensive and here I got a nice clean room with a double bed, a wardrobe and a table all to myself. Highly recommend.
The bathrooms would benefit from some extra cleaning.

Room was very good: clean, spacious. WC is exceptionally clean.
Found on-street parking that is for free during all weekend.
Hostel is located in very busy area. There are lot's of bars on street. Was not possible to sleep all the nights because of noice.
