Very dirty, loos like no one cleaned the room for many days. Asked for cleaning, the next day someone came and barely mopped the floors, do lot recommend this place of our traveling with kids and without spare socks

It was spacious, clean and located in close proximity to everything.
When you access to the underground parking or getting out you have to come out of your car to punch the code to open up the gate.

Practically no customer service When I arrived for 6 day stay I asked receptionist
Will I be able to extend my stand for few days and answer was Sure
When I asked to extend receptionist said no availability
I panicked and bought much more expensive (not affordable for me hotel)
and after I relocated with additional taxi charges I figured out that you can extend for line
Also they sold me for 15% more even they having 15% discount for 5+ day stay
Not recommend to anybody this facility

There was ongoing construction at the property, and they were drilling every day. This was not mentioned until after I had booked the room. It’s unfair, as I would never have chosen to stay in a place where drilling occurs overhead—especially after a long journey. I will be requesting a full refund, as this is an unfair and misleading practice.

Size of the room. Very nice and helpful front-desk staff.
Poor cleaning (stained carpet, peanuts and bread crumbs on the floor, dirty plates in the cabinet, dust on the lamps). A front-desk employee asked the cleaning staff twice to come over and do a proper cleaning but they failed to show up.
On hot days, the temperature inside is so high that the room gets hardly livable, and it's not equipped with a single fan.

Apartment is very spacious, location is in a quiet neighborhood, not so far from the center of the city if to take a taxi.
No curtain in the bathroom so the floor gets flooded. Couple curtains in the room were torn.

I'm not sure if the price of the apartment includes a parking space, but I found a free space on the street
We arrived late in the evening. A very unfriendly guy met us at the reception, reluctantly registered us with a stone face. In my opinion, with such an attitude to work, he does not belong in this position, which requires communication with people. It started with that we could not get into the room, since the door code did not work. This guy from reception promised to fix the problem, but did not fix it. The apartment is old and there was an unpleasant smell. The furniture is very old (quality does not match the photos, I think, such furniture should already be disposed of), the carpet on the floor is also old and stained, the walls are dirty, the bed is old and creaked terribly.. should I continue? We arrived with the children just to spend the night and left in the morning. We had room Nr. 107, we paid about 87 euros for the stay. The price is not big, but this place is not even worth this money. The only plus is the large area of the apartmemt and the balcony, but there was neither a table nor a chair on the balcony. We wanted to leave faster and forget about this experience. I do not recommend staying in these apartments.
