Location
It would help to have better directions when you get to the hotel area. You are turning right and there is a narrow underpass under the building. You have to check with reception so the guard will let you into the parking area. The other thing was that you couldn’t control heat level in the room. We ended up opening the window.

Thanks to the staff for the help (I also forgot some clothes there and they kept them for me until I came to pick it up. Much appreciated)
Instead of a double bed there were two single beds connected. It was really uncomfortable to sleep there with a partner. And really, with minimal investment, it could be done much better.
Change carpets, bring in a smart TV, make the beds. And you can charge a lot more for the room.
Uber can't get there so it's a 3 minute walk

Spacious and contemporary design. Smart TV although on the small side. Comfortable King bed and quality linens. Easy check in. Good heating. Great central location off of a pedestrian street. Limited but quality buffet offerings at breakfast. I prefer this approach versus the overwhelming tasteless buffets.
A little hard to find because cars have to drop you off a street away from the residence. This also makes getting a taxi or car inconvenient, especially in frigid weather. The sink in the main bathroom was clogged and I prefer a shower rather than a bathtub with a shower. Only a soap/shampoo dispenser is provided. No other toiletries.

The room has great potential, but was not super clean. There was black mold in the shower, the floors were dirty (my white socks were filthy - we needed to keep shoes on). For the price of the room, I would expect more than the everyday hotel experience.

Beautiful and modern. Nice late check out. Beds were already made up for us when we arrived (sofas). Pulled out. Sister hotel in old town was wonderful for spa and pool usage as well.
Entrance was confusing for taxi drivers! And our taxi wasn't aware of how much luggage we had but made it work!

The place is very nice, nothing over the top. Very practical. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet in a busy area. The location is perfect in the center of things and the next door restaurant, Water and Flour is very good, with excellent pizza and pasta
