Bed was too soft. Would have preferred a shower cabins instead of shower in Bathtubs.

Staff was wonderful! They were very friendly and helpful, and everyone spoke English. They recommended several restaurants and things to see during my very short stay. Room was very clean. I wish I had time to try the pool- it looked stunning and very serene. There is also a spa onsite, and breakfast is available for an additional charge. Also, a huge plus for me is that the hotel was very quiet!
The beds were very firm. But that is the only thing that I found lacking. Everything else was perfect.

Overall everything was very good.
The strongest points are the location (very close to the city center but not in the crowded areas) and the value for money.
The room was quite big. Even if the room was on the ground floor facing the street, it was very quiet and properly sound-proofed.
If I have to find something not extremely positive, I would say that the bathroom felt more like a 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star one.

Since the first time I stayed at your hotel I knew I would make it my regular place when in Warsaw. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, you have the best breakfast of any hotel I have stayed in, your restaurant and food for every type of meal are perfect, and the location of the hotel is ideal, with the quiet of a neighborhood yet just a few steps from the excitement and beauty of Old Town.
It would be helpful to have someone specifically there to take luggage up to the room. Also, the front door that requires manual opening rather than automatically makes it difficult to go in and out with luggage and other hand held items.
