When my mom checked in and go to the room. The room was supe SUPER SUPER COLD !!!!!!
even she come after two hours after Check-in starts..
She need to go to the front desk and then they turn on the battery in the room to warm it up , but it’s take time to get the room to the certainly normal temperature. And outside at that moment
was -10 Celsius.!!!

The price per night was good and the location was close to the airport. If you just need a place to stay for one night, this is a good place.
It was very cold and the reception staff didn't explain to me where to put the bed linen when I checked out. I checked out early, I couldn't get through to reception, or call the phone number left in the window, so I just left the regular linen near the window. But it took me a long time.

The staff was friendly and helpful and tried to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Although generally clean, the multiple bunk room was not vacuumed for a number if days.

Had a great experience staying here. It seems to had been remodelled recently. The mattress and bedding were very clean and quite comfortable. The bathroom was modern with very hot water and a high pressure shower. The staff (Dima) was excellent and so very accommodating 24x7. Will stay here again on our return back home.

Price and location (but if you want to get to the airport on foot, it takes 40 min)
There was no soap in the toilet at all, and the locks in the lockers had just fallen out or stuck, so I couldn’t get my bag out. Shower doors not closing properly, so the floor of the bathroom was flooding with water.

Quiet, clean, good neighborhood. There was even a pool!
A bit far from city center and there was no tea bags in the room.

The rooms are nice and have everything you need at a great price. It is so close to the airport, and they have a kettle in the room, as well as free towels and laundry. There are also coffee and vending machines in the lobby which is really nice for breakfast or a quick snack. There is also a little place in the back which has a swing and a pool, though I'm not sure if that's part of the hostel or not.
They have no elevators so if you have a big piece of luggage you have to drag it up multiple flights of stairs.

The worst experience I ever
I had made a reservation and paid.
I told the reception I would come later at night. The hostel that works 24 hours refused to check me in and give me a refund, saying I had come late, and in booking they false advertise that they are a 24-hour hostel.
The receptionist was rude and angry.
Hostel ignored my messages and calls when I wanted explanation
Never again. Don't waste your money.
