Nice, clean, convenient,location,breakfast buffet
Room was very cold and heat did not work. To be fair was given choice to move room but when there for short stay didn’t want waste time changing room… packing and unpacking again. Wish engineering could fix the thermostat.

We had an overall very good stay at the hotel. The location is excellent. Very central, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of many key places in Warsaw. The breakfasts were also a highlight. Great selection, high quality, and definitely something we looked forward to every morning.
During our stay, we experienced an issue with the room conditions for the first few nights due to ventilation and air conditioning not working properly, partly impacted by ongoing construction. However, I want to specifically highlight how the hotel handled the situation. The front desk manager was very professional, understanding, and solution-oriented. The hotel acknowledged the issue, moved us to a better room, and provided a fair compensation without unnecessary complications. This kind of approach really makes a difference and shows a strong customer-focused attitude. Overall, despite the initial issue, we left with a very positive impression and would definitely consider staying here again.

Almost nothing , front desk nice and helpful. Breakfast very nice too.
Unfortunately run down property , no money invested over years and it will kill this place soon. Parking poorly lit and expensive for this area. Will never book again for sure even when price will go down by half.

A great and varied breakfast with a Polish touch.
There were some issues in the bathroom, but after contacting the reception, they were quickly resolved.
