Cleaning 0/10 for price like that it should be more than perfect
They offerd me 100 zloty ?? the first sentence they sayied dont think u can get free room

Coffe machine was not cleaned since the opening of the hotel it had mold inside rooms was not cleaned properly it had big dust that saying we not cleaned

I like the clean in room, the bed was very comfortable also the shower too.
I also liked the location of the hotel.
There were several couples, and each couple was on a different floor, and we couldn't meet in one of the rooms, because in the elevator you can only go up to your floor with your room card, which was very inconvenient

We stayed one night at InterContinental Warsaw for my husband’s birthday, and it was such a lovely experience. I mentioned at check-in that it was his birthday, and they surprised us with a small treat in the room – it was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture.
They also gave us special access to the pool, which made the day even more special. Everything from the welcome to the room and service was great. We left very happy and grateful.
The only small thing was that there was no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room, but it wasn’t a big issue. Everything else was perfect.

the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
being able to only stay for 1 hour in the pool area (and only with pre-regsitration) was not a good surprise.
the pool had way too much chlorine, caused itching and dry skin to all of us.

A very comfortable stay in a hotel with a warm, pleasant atmosphere. The location is outstanding, right in the city center with a beautiful view of the Palace. The room was clean, quiet, and fully equipped with everything needed.

We didn’t like that almost the entire area of the lobby is part of the bar , and you can’t freely eat or drink what you like at the lobby because of that.
Also the Jacuzzi was not hot at all… we couldn’t understand why have a jacuzzi that’s barely warm… ? 37.2 degrees to be exact.

The location was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The view from the rooms was breathtaking. Breakfast was lovely and service was great. The spa with the jacuzzi was very warm and pampering. We had a great time definitely recommended
