All basic amenities in place. Staff were helpful. Location is next to street car stations. Supermarket next door. A couple of restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious.
Way too much fragrance used in the cleaning. In the lobby, in the hallways and in the rooms. Everything was so strong. Do not stay here if you are sensitive to smells. We meditate this by opening a window and not having the room cleaned during our stay.

The room was very well equipped. I had a wardrobe, tea set, bathroom hygiene supplies (hand soap, body wash and shampoo). Water is free, in the hallways on each floor. And there's a multi-use carafe in the rooms to fill with water. Very thoughtful
The bed linen could be a bit cleaner, I found some hairs on it. But not critical. And there was someone's hair band under the bed, so that means no one had cleaned there.

The customer service was the only thing I liked about this property and stay
Smell, run down property, mouldy bathroom, the filtered water that staff had no clue what type of filter it is at all. The fresheners that were overused and bothersome and when not used the property smelled of dirt and dust

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Location, staff, decor, and comfort were perfect.
We had breakfast there once and the selection was very good.
I wish they would provide hand towels in addition to the bath towels.

Pleasant
Ibis Warsaw Centrum is not in Central, unlike Novotel Centrum. It's 2.2Km walking distance, 7 tramp stops. Also, limited restaurant options around. However, good rooms compared to other Ibis standards. If the price is very low, may be can be considered as you need to spend on transfers to the city by tramp or taxi to go to Zloty Stacey shopping mall or Warsaw Central railway as people cant walk with luggages. So it's a decision of how lower the room rate is compared to other Centrum hotels to save money for transportation.
