The hotel has something proudly advertised a “sauna.” It turned out to be a storage closet with ambition. The “relaxation room” featured a single chair — presumably for the chosen one. If two people entered, one had to question their life choices while standing. Very minimalist. Very exclusive. The sauna itself was what I can only describe as a heater placed on a wooden pallet, radiating confidence if not actual heat. It felt less like a Nordic spa ritual and more like waiting for a bus in January, but indoors. At some point I wasn’t sure whether I was participating in a wellness experience or accidentally trespassing in the maintenance area. Five stars for imagination. One chair for execution.

Very comfortable & spacious executive room, great location close access to the airport and easy access around Warsaw. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good restaurant with delicious lunch specials. Impressive philosophy driving the Arche group.
Pillows too soft for my liking. Buffet breakfast quite pricey and no option for à la carte memu, if you only want ie. an omlet & coffee.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The bed is very comfortable, and it’s great that they offer rooms with a kitchenette. The place is always very clean, and it’s very nice that they offer daily towel changes and replenish the complimentary tea and coffee every day. The fitness area is a plus, and it’s fantastic that it’s open 24/7. The restaurant is also very pleasant, and the desserts are delicious! The staff is also very attentive, friendly, and pleasant.
They could improve the quality of the kitchen items provided in the rooms with kitchenettes. They didn’t seem new and were not part of a matching set, so there were mismatched cutlery items, oversized knives, or a very small pot—although they did serve their main purpose. There also weren’t enough items, so we had to wait a day to receive a frying pan. It would also be helpful if, just like they provide personal toiletries, they included a small amount of dish soap and a sponge for washing and drying dishes after using the kitchenette.

spacious room with little kitchen. breakfast was amazing - lots of options and really tasty. beautiful holiday decorations and nicely smelling lobby :) underground parking deserves more than 3-stars
room was cold ( it was below zero outside), small radiator couldn’t warm up the room but staff provided portable heater
