The hotel is beautiful, super clean with attentive staff. I enjoyed the gym and the breakfast offers everything you could want from smoothies to eggs, smoked fish, cereals, a choice of hot and cold beverages and pastries. We also enjoyed time at the bar where again the staff aims to please. I found my room quiet and restful. I ordered in dinner one evening and it came promptly and deliciously. Finally laundry services are great too!
Really nothing except when I wanted to add a night I had to go. Through booking.com so added a small hassle.

We always stay here when we first arrive after our flight. Their Front Desk staff is excellent and set the tone for the guest experience during their stay. The breakfast is excellent, many choices to select from. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and is located across from the iconic Palace of Culture and Science. They are close to the train station and the mall (Warszawa Centralna & Złote Tarasy). Subway is located at the corner. We will return.

The room was very comfortable with plenty of space. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, including gluten-free options, particularly bread, which was available upon request. The location was close to shopping locations and a manageable walk to the Old Town area. It is also located close to the train station. The staff were always very pleasant, welcoming and helpful.

The breakfast, as everyone in previous reviews described, was great. There was something for all preferences and tasted good. The facility was also very clean and house cleaning staff were very friendly.
For the price of the hotel, we were surprised that the rooms had instant coffee and although there was a smart TV with Netflix as an option on the remote, the TV only had a few cable shows. The front desk staff most times also seemed indifferent opposed to actually friendly. We’ve stayed at less expensive hotels and had much better experiences.

The hotel is beautiful and strategically located in the city of Warsaw, and all the tourist attractions and important places are close to it and can be reached on foot.
Upon arriving at the hotel, three or four receptionists informed us directly and without any welcome that check-in was not available before 1:00 PM. I quickly informed them, somewhat awkwardly, that we were aware of this and wished to leave our luggage. I don't know the reason for this strange treatment; we will leave it to the hotel management. This is the first time we have encountered such curtness, despite our frequent travels and the country's generally good reputation.

I like the location, the lobby, common area, the elevators etc. I like (for the price of bad view) that the room is so quiet especially for city centre.
The room coffee was so so, the shower was a bathtub type, the light in the bathroom at night was BLINDENING, the breakfast choice was mediocre. The parking took me one hour of circling!

This is a beautiful historic hotel, thoroughly updated for a restful stay in elegant surroundings. A young man at the Front Desk, Stanislaw, interacted with us one evening with impeccable manners and genuine warmth - he went above and beyond to fulfill our request. He clearly understands that the Front Desk staff set the tone for the guest experience during their stay. We slept so well - the bedding was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet included a large variety of delicious options, something for every taste. Dinner at the restaurant/lounge was outstanding. The central location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Warsaw, whether on foot, by tram, or metro - everything’s super convenient.
The breakfast room layout is narrow and difficult to navigate during peak times. The staff working during breakfast should be somewhat friendlier and smile a bit more (omelette lady). Their laser focus on the task at hand is admirable but unsettling for those of us who are used to warmer interaction.
