Very central, very clean, friendly staff. Wonderful view of some of the last high floor trams (Konstal 1995) to be built anywhere in the world.

It is impossible to sleep due to constant noise. Ear plugs is not a real option to mitigate that.

Location, friendly staff
The room was a little bit smelly.
The sink drain was not functioning, the stopper was stuck in a closed position and would not open, so the water would not drain.
The soundproofing was poor, I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above.

Breakfast was very good, perfect location - very close to everything, clean room.
Very noisy, no soundproofing, you can hear the traffic and the tram from the street all night. The balcony was covered with advertising, you can't see anything, even though the room has a beautiful view of the city.

Clean, central location, comfortable beds.
Noise can be an issue, smell of cigarettes in the roam seems to be coming from the outside, pillows can be better.
