There is/was a loud, high-pitched ringing throughout at least the whole third floor, my room, and to a lesser extent the reception and dining area as well. All ceiling-mounted speakers emit a ringing at almost 20 kHz (19980 Hz to be exact), in some places as loud as 80-85 dB. I am sure most people are unable to hear this frequency, so it will not bother them. But for kids and animals, this might be a problem.

The hotel is old and it feels but it doesn`t feel worn out
The lobby and the reception is on the second floor, not very obvious and quite a strange solution
There was a very long black hair on my bathroom towel - very visible on white towel, but the maid obviously didn`t notice it when preparing my room.

My mom came from Russia to get an American visa.The location was perfect, just 5 minutes from the American Embassy. The staff was amazing. My mom spoke only Russian and they immediately found a person speaking Russian who explained to my mom how to get to the Embassy, how to connect to WiFi, etc. Thank you so much!

The building is old, and the rooms have only one window, which lacks sound insulation, allowing noises from outside to disturb us all night. The city is very noisy, and we could not sleep at all. They should renovate the building to have double windows.

A great location and view from the room and bar/breakfast room. Tasty breakfast with lots of choice of hot and cold options. Easy access to public transport. Nice, unexpected bonus of vouchers to spend in the bar when we chose to not to have the room serviced every day. The room and bathroom were spotless. Comfortable bed.

We arrived late in the evening. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had everything you could want. Good location close to transit options for easy access around Warsaw. The hotel is clean and offered both still and sparkling water on each floor.
Overall, our stay was wonderful. The only minor issue was hearing the live music from the restaurant downstairs the first night when trying to sleep.
