Disappointing
cushions on bed was so high that i found it hard to fall a sleep, also 4am fire alarm due to one guest wanting to have a smoke wasn't nicest thing to experienced didn't help the fact that staff didn't know how to disable such alarm

Elegant Hotel. Nice, clean room. The reception is open during the entire night.
Really good food (congrats to the kitchen staff)
- It is unacceptable that when I want to tip the hotel's staff, the money does not go to them. It is below any critique, that hotel management takes the tipping money ! Please, change it.
- The reception could be nicer .... (It may be person dependent)
- I guess that the room was designed by a poor-quality architect: when you lie on the bed, you can watch the TV from a 30 degree angle. Basically impossible.
