The hotel is near the airport. The ladies on the reception and in the restaurant was very helpful.
The bed was not very comfortable as well was a noise from trains.

It was clean, comfortable, the reception was fast responsive to the messages prior to the booking.
There was neither toothpaste and brushes, nor bathrobes and slippers, and would be better to see a couple of shampoos, not one single (I think for a 4-Star hotel these are not top level requests).

Extremely rude & racist receptionist named Julia. She literally made me cry. #1 rule in working in hospitality is to always be respectful to your guests. I was in a lot of pain and asked the reception (Julia) if they have medicine or an emergency kit and she said "no" without even looking at me or asking what's wrong!!! Also, which hotel doesn't have an emergency kit??! AND the whole time, she didn't even express common human decency and basic empathy. She didn't even ask what's wrong or how can she help? She kept ignoring me and and I was hopeless so I asked for help locating the nearest pharmacy, she ignored me AGAIN and kept looking at her screen to avoid me. She wasn't busy with anything. And I saw how she treated the other white tourists and how she treated me. The only nice receptionist is Anna. Don't give your money to this establishment. SHAME ON YOU!

I liked absolutely everything about this hotel and I warmly recommend it. Very clean, very warm. There is a train station right next to hotel and everything is accessible. If I ever come back to Warsaw I would choose to stay here everytime!

Disappointing
cushions on bed was so high that i found it hard to fall a sleep, also 4am fire alarm due to one guest wanting to have a smoke wasn't nicest thing to experienced didn't help the fact that staff didn't know how to disable such alarm
