We stayed at this hotel for my husband's birthday getaway and had a really good time. The room was very clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful, they let us check in early and also stored our luggage for us after checkout.
The cocktails at the bar were nice, and we enjoyed spending time in the common area playing chess. The location is good too, everything we needed was close by. The hotel was pretty quiet overall.
It was a great experience, and I'd happily stay here again if we're back in Warsaw. Would recommend.

Good location overall, BUT......
On one side of the hotel there a number of bars which play very loud music up to 4am. People coming and going from the bars also make a lot of noise. This is not the fault of the hotel but spoils what is a very nice hotel in a good location. The noise from the bars in our room for our 1st night of a 4 night stay was unbearable. The hotel staff were very apologetic and moved us to another room, which was further away from the bars, but the noise could still be heard. When checking in I would strongly recommend asking for a room away from the noise.

Wonderful, cozy and stylish room with amazing view, awesome location and rich facilities.
AC is not covering whole space of the room, so it is pretty hot during the day.

It is the 2nd stay and unfortunately, I can confirm the airco is not existing. First time we were there- May 2024 we literally cooked at night (30 deg plus outside).The AC wasn’t working and when complained, reception told me it has to be switched on at the reception.. when we were checking out.”-despite my several complaints during our 2 days stay.Wanted to give another chance and booked again (April 2025); asked to switch on at the reception the moment we checked in.. was back at 2 am the same night… we got another room at the other side (shade, but noisy from partygoers till 3am) and with windows open and temp outside we were ok the 2nd night. Paying 400 eur for 2 nights for this is not the value for money.

This was the second time I stayed at Indigo. It’s a beautiful hotel. Since it was the Easter weekend there were not much people, but the staff, including the Indonesian cleaning crew, took great care of the guest. I also loved the scrumptious breakfast buffet. All in all, it was a nice getaway. I read mysteries, took long walks, and ate delicious meals. Now back to reality..

Very convenient (if not especially charming) location. Spacious accommodation. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.
Deficient/non-existent A/C (inconsistently explained by staff), so accommodation stuffy. Front desk not very welcoming. Some road noise.
