The staff are brilliant, and location. Easy to travel to attractions and also order taxis... Breakfast is good quality and lots of choices...good value for money too.. Its has lifts and ideal for getting up and down floors...rooms are spacious too... All great ...well worth the stay...
The beds are not soft mattress , but are comfortable... great pillows huge and comfortable and everything else is brilliant... So only very small thing ...

- location is by far the biggest advantage - my room was quite spacious and very warm - kettle in the room - many hangers (which might seem silly but lack of them is a phenomenon occurring more often than not)
- bed legs were a little shaky and beds quite narrow - "paper" walls

The location is excellent, close to the city centre. We had a double-bed room and it was very spacious and comfortable for a couple, more than expected. It was very clean, tidy and the area quiet. I highly recommend it.

I’m sorry to say that our experience was disappointing. The apartment was not well maintained and did not feel properly cared for. The shower door had visible gaps, and every time we took a shower, water leaked out and flooded the bathroom floor. The sheets provided for the sofa bed were barely adequate and not up to a comfortable standard. On top of that, the instructions we received before arrival were incorrect, which created unnecessary confusion. Clear communication is essential in hospitality. Punctuation exists for a reason it makes instructions understandable and professional and it should be used properly to avoid misunderstandings. Overall, the stay did not meet reasonable expectations.
