Breakfast was excellent! Buffet AND free options from menu - best breakfast from all the places we stayed at. Beautiful room and bathroom, staff helped with finding the room and room key. Very good location! Traditional restaurants (and other) very close by.
The bed was 1,60m, which was a little small for us, but we booked the stay on last day :)

Wonderful
Located right around the corner from the main square, which is what we wanted. They also had secure parking available (at a cost), which was very important since we had a car. Great room. Quiet. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. The shower had great water pressure, also important to us.
Price was more than we usually spend, but the available parking is the reason we selected this hotel. It would have been nice if the parking was free given the price of the rooms.

It was absolutely magnificent in all aspects, bar the minor item below.
The gentleman who welcomes us, showed us to our room, gave us touring ideas, restaurant recommendations etc. etc. etc. on the Friday was QUITE FANTASTIC.
As were the two young ladies who served us in the cafe on the Friday afternoon.
As were all staff at breakfast on the Sunday.
However, when we returned to the cafe, on Saturday morning, we were "served" by two different, older ladies, who were, frankly, rude, unhelpful and unpleasant. They messed up our very simple order [two flat whites, one cake], delivered one latte and a cake, then, when I gently enquired about our second drink, very begrudgingly and aggressively eventually fixed it. After much unpleasant Polish chat among themselves about us.
Other than that, the stay, and the hotel, were absolutely MAGNIFICENT. Thank you.

Beautiful old building, really pretty.
Not particularly accessible. When I went to take a shower in the morning, there were stubbed out cigarette butts on the edge of the bath. Clearly nobody had cleaned this between guests which I personally find disgusting.

This is a beautiful hotel in a prime location of Warsaw. Despite its central location, the hotel (or at least our room) at night was very quiet, so easy to get good sleep. The staff was very helpful, especially Jakub at the front desk. The room had great high ceilings and a spacious bathroom. The shower had excellent water pressure. The furnishings and decor were very nice - comfy bed. The included breakfast had a lot of good options. The value of this hotel was really excellent. Would highly recommend.

Everything about this property was great. It was out of season and not busy but even so it was in an excellent spot for the Old Town.
The on site restaurant Foccacia was also excellent.
The staff were all so polite and friendly.
