Staff is very obliging to help and friendly. This is my third year using this hotel at this location for charity work in Poland and despite the high cost I feel it is worth it for safety and location.
I appreciate your emphasis on going green with room care but it seems then you lose getting the amenities like water replacement which I needed badly for health reasons, coffee and creamer however, the staff corrected the situation when I brought this to their attention - very obliging! Also the TV connection would shut down occasionally. Finally it would be good to have instructions with how to use the cooler/fridge. I was in 3 different rooms over my 3 different stays (Mar. 11-13; 15-17, 19-23) and it was the same in each room.
