fair stay, away from airport unlike meriott and rainessance. rooms are clean and good for a night stay
and breakfast is average
morning was quite surprising with frequent load shedding and absence of wifi for 2 hrs. even tap water was dry due to some technical problem

Perfect hotel to stay when you are flying next day. There is a free shuttle minibus that goes to airport and back every 30 minutes.
The stairs between floors is not accessible to the visitors. Only elevator is supposed to be used. Just wonder what should i do in case of fire.

Free shuttle is not available sometime 11 AM to 4 PM. However, hotel provides taxi free of charge. Nice touch, I really like it. Also, they allowed me to late-check out without any surcharges.

The hotel is conveniently just under a mile from the Airport (we were getting an early morning flight back to the UK and wanted to avoid travelling in potential snow/ice to the airport by car) and there is very efficient shuttle service that runs outside the Renaissance Hotel to the Hampton Hilton every half hour. We picked up this service 5 minutes after leaving the terminal. The hotel rooms were very clean and there was a good Wifi connection in our room. In the evening before our flight I wanted some chips which I was able to purchase in the bar and then take to my room. The breakfast in the morning was good with a buffet-style menu.
A very slight criticism when I woke up in the morning there was a faint sound of the air conditioning (or a fan?) as a constant background noise.
