Room has no isolation, the street noise is extremely strong. It's all rigth to hear the airplanes, but road noise could me managed by improving room isolation. otherwise the service and surrounding is nice. Thank you.

It is an excellent hotel in a calm part of the city, quite close to the Central Railway Station. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. It was great to have a washing machine in the apartment.
The staff was friendly and responsive to requests.
The hotel offers a really amazing breakfast.
It is a bit expensive, but worth it

Everything was clean, bed was comfy had a slight misunderstanding with the staff about the payment, but they explained everything nicely.

Location is close to a tram stop which is a good alternative considering morning traffic.
Better than average mattresses. Spacious room, nice shower.
Minor notes - room lacked soap and shower gel on check in, but was fixed quickly. No slipper, no dental kit.
Serious - room is advertised as "Superior King Room" with 1 king bed. In reality this is 2 beds moved together with 2 separate (admittedly good) mattresses covered by a thin topper. Removing the topper and sleeping on just one bed was fine. But trying to use the bed as a couple, sleeping together in the middle would be miserable.
Terrible - sound insulation. Hearing a couple next room talk a bit or shower was... fine. Hearing them passionately hugging loud enough that I woke up despite sleeping pills? Not something i expected in a 4-star hotel in a "superior room".

Girl at the reception made an early check-in. It was so important for us, as we traveled all night and arrived at hotel at 9 am. Thanks so much! The room was clean with modern furniture. We even had a coffee machine in our room type. Great breakfast!

Very friendly front desk people. Super comfortable room. The promised taxi was there in the wee hours and I got a call from the front desk to say he was there. Very caring service.
I wish the hotel had bathtubs, as the downtown Golden Tulip does.
It's not really all that close to the airport. Taxi is a bit pricey and at 5:30 a.m. there's not really another choice.
