The location was very close to metro/bus/tram stops, several museums, and a number of restaurants. The area was upscale and very safe. The apartment was nice.
The view has been almost obliterated by high rise buildings, one still under construction. It was noisy from 0630 until 1800 every day except Sunday. There was also noise from barking dogs at the nearby animal clinic. No toaster and no instructions for the oven, which was incredibly difficult to use. Very limited dishware and silverware.

A minor issue is ventilation, we can smell if neighbor cook or do bathroom business.
A floor mat in the apartment will be nice in snowy season since Warsaw use sand and shoes can get really dirty after going out.

If I have by force find something maybe in the apartment, the curtains were semitrasparent. Mine and as well those of who was living in the buildings in front. There were moments we were starring to each other asking ourselves, am sure, why can we see each other

The location is great and the apartments are fairly modern. They do not offer daily housekeeping but I didn't need it. I liked the fact that the small fridge was quite cold, there is a water kettle, and just enough utensils/kitchen stuff to get by. The building security is quite good as one needs to enter a code to get into the apt building and use the mega-key to open your apt. The BEST thing is that the free breakfast that is offered is down the street at a place called SPUN. GO-APTS gives you a daily voucher that enables you to get a choice of breakfast entree with choice of beverage here. The food is excellent as are the coffee beverages! I would go back just for this perk. A fine way to start the morning.
Initially, there was a problem with communication with one person who was a desk clerk. I believe this was due to limited English skills on his part and limited understanding of common local 'cultural' aspects on my part. But, we got over these issues and things went more smoothly then. I did not like being on the 6th floor and next time I would insist on a 1st floor apt--I would've been much happier. The washer in the apt is comically tiny and outdated but once I figured it out it did the job. No dryer- you have to hang your clothes on a rack. Again, very common there but quite a throwback for an American. The TV situation is a mess and just figure that you will not be able to receive TV signals. Bed ok- not too comfy and pillows also not too comfy.

Good apartment with equipped kitchen (fridge, electric stove, microwave oven, different plates and cups). There is also the balcony and air-conditioner. There is a small table with 2 chairs on the balcony, which is nice to sit and have breakfast, for example. Elevator. This is a new apartment building complex. Lots of cafes and small markets around, the closest to us, was in the very same building. The complex itself is very nice, clean, and a lot of benches around just to sit in the evening. We really liked being there. 24/7 security. Very good isolation in the apartment (we are bad sleepers), it was really important for our family. Spacious bathroom. I recommend it 100%. Clean, nice, safe, and provide excellent support from stuff.

Nice property very clean. Many restaurants around the property, the staff are okay. The metro 5-6 minute near to the apartment.
2-3 months before we asked for our apartments and our friends' apartments to be next to each other. When we arrived we were given different blocks. What if we were a family that had taken two apartments to be close to the children? In our apartment instead of a sofa that opens, there was a regular sofa... so you can't sleep in the living room. If we wanted a single bed, we would get a hotel room. In the end, they didn't even give us a room in the same block.

What we did like was that the apartment was not too far from the tram stop and a metro line. It was in a safe area. It had a washer, which is always a plus. There is a convenience store and some restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good at the cat cafe.
The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The AC did not sufficiently cool the unit. It was too hot. There are no blackout curtains, so light comes streaming in as early as 3:30 am in the summer. We were staying on a weekend and it was pretty noisy outside. We had to keep windows open because the unit was hot…so that brought in a lot of noise from weekend social gatherings. The property looks newer on the outside, but was a little sad on the inside. Though the apartment served its purpose, some basic maintenance was needed.

Everything. From the moment we collected our keys to our exit. We were sent directions to the office to check in. The staff present there( wish I had learned his name) was extremely hospitable, explained how to get to the apartment and the parking along with giving us a printed sheet. It made it so easy to navigate our way

Nice accommodation with everything you need.
The agency staff is professional. They were very understanding and accommodating regarding our late check-in. We will choose this agency again for our next visit to Warsaw.
The garage is spacious and easily accessible.

Everything was great starting from security at the reception. The apartment itself is clean, in a fantastic location close to everything important to me. Was clean, kitchen is well equipped in case you want to cook. Even there are spices for cooking! Bed is comfy. There is bath tub, for me perfect. Apartment is quiet, I didn’t hear any noise despite it’s in the business center of Warsaw. Perfect oasis to rest.
My small suggestion is to replace towels with new ones. They were obviously clean, but quite washed out. Would be great if the property owners change them for the new ones.
The rest was just amazing!!!
