Everything is quite good. Big hotel, like in Turkey. Good breakfast. Terrace in the room. Free parking. Swimming pool included. We received a free cookies at the reception.
The most disappointing aspect was that upon our arrival, the bed for the child had not been prepared. Everything had been arranged for only two guests. We had to call the staff and wait until the necessary preparations were completed.
Furthermore, for such a renowned hotel, the beds were of very poor quality — spring mattresses that squeaked with even the slightest movement, which was quite unacceptable.
The rooms did not have any wine glasses, only regular water glasses. There was also no shoehorn provided.
Access to the swimming pool area was very confusing, and the reception staff were unable to give clear directions.
Breakfast service was also disappointing: we had to wait 15 minutes for a simple omelette. The staff had merely collected the order slips without preparing the food, and nothing was made until I raised the issue. During that time, I was left standing and waiting.
As for the pools, the water fountains only operate if staff are asked to switch them on, as guests cannot activate them themselves.
The steam sauna was also far too cold.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and enjoyed every aspect of my experience. The spa area was clean and well-maintained, featuring two saunas and a pool, which made it a good place to relax and unwind.
The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom that added a touch of luxury to the stay. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and inviting.
Breakfast was a highlight. There was a wide variety of both hot and cold dishes to choose from. I especially appreciated the option to have freshly prepared eggs and omelettes made by the chef, along with a great selection of fresh fruits and juices.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
