Alan, on reception, was warm, helpful, interested and charming. He made our stay feel even more special. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he gave us fascinating insights into the hotel's history. Being upgraded to a suite was an added bonus. The Chopin boutique is quirky and full of character and history. The bedding was good quality and the bed very comfy. There is a nightly Chopin concert, and although we didn't manage to get to one, it was lovely to hear classical music being played from the concert room.

Rooms and atmosphere are exceptional, will all the antiques, with piano, with books, it all looks awesome.
Breakfast was very nice, stuff was very friendly.
In general - the hotel is great value for money, highly recommended.
It was a little bit chill in the room, but with the second blanket available it wan't an issue.

We loved the decor and the use of period pieces and sympathetic restoration. The breakfast was a great choice and lovely local produce.
The living area of the bedroom was colder.

The service was excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a large variety of of items including honey from the hotel's own bee hives. The furnishings were elegant and the collection of art books was amazing. The evening piano performances were like icing on the cake!

Excellent location, very close to a rail station for the train to the airport. Opposite a very small supermarket, so can buy snacks. There's a fridge in the room, so can store food. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of variety of cooked and cold food. A most wonderful thing for me was that there are Chopin piano concerts every single evening, in a special 'salon' in the hotel. Small sitting room, with seating for perhaps 25 maximum. Candlelit concerts by a rota of young pianists, who introduce the music, and tell us something of Chopin's life. Guests in the hotel get a significant discount on the price, which includes a glass of wine. I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights, and attended two concerts. Hotel is also close to a bus stop with very frequent buses that take you right up to the Old Town. I was very happy staying here.

Small and cozy B&B with art nouveau -styled individual rooms, genuinely ecological practices and a warm atmosphere. They have been arranging high quality concerts with Chopin's music for years in the adjacent salon, a strong recommendation. Ideal location for a culture trip, as the National art gallery, Opera and Warsaw concert hall are all within walking distance. The tiny restaurant downstairs has a tasty lunch.
