Reception service very nice, changed my room immediately. Good location, convenient for my trip . Breakfast included Very reasonable price
Unfortunately the bed side table wasn’t cleaned, marks from previous guests- glass marks , bread crumbs, fingers marks, dust Shower sink - the bottom wasn’t flushed with clean water after being cleaned so that left some dirty water mark at the bottom Bathroom Mirror - stains after previous guests Carpet- maybe hoovered - but maybe the hoover didn’t work properly or somebody was in a hurry ?

Clean, Friendly staff, close to bus stations (direct bus to the center, to the train central station), large parking, varied and tasty breakfast, good coffee, close to Wilanow Palace, across the street is a big supermarket! Thanks to the ladies at the reception for everything!

Walking distance to 'Biedronka'
We were staying in room 32. When we entered the bathroom, we saw a rubbish basket was full. The window sill on the inside of the room was dirty. on the outside (outside the window), there were traces of bird faeces that had not been cleaned up for a long time.

Disappointing
They tried to get more from us following morning because we had a pet but this was obvious to them the night we checked in and the pet friendly tag in description made it clear this would not be an issue. There were smeared mosquitoes all over the walls and the fan in bathroom sounds like a diesel engine on its last leg. Scratches gouged into the wood floor and stained black in one area by bed, room had smell of cigarette smoke and following morning cleaning crew were having a party it seemed while playing on their cell phones across the hall from us from about 11 to quarter after noon when we checked out. During the late check-in the restauraunt still had a large table full of customers but upon asking the waiter said they were closing up and did not offer anything even tea in consolation since rooms do not have kettles.
