Location and stuff
Very old and damaged inside the room, with no amenities at all, not even had or body cream. TV channels didn’t work and the remote control was hard to operate even if I went and asked for the battery to be replaced.
Not worth the price and the stars allocated to the hotel!
Too bad about the location and the amazing history of the building and also the great stuff that is working there.

Location
The room was unbelievable awkward, full of roof support beams.
Trying to shower you’d be boiling or freezing from one second to the other, and everything in the bathroom felt like it was ready to fall apart.

Perfect location, near all the fun sites. Very helpful staff and the breakfast was nice. Loved the historic building - old world charm. Perfect place for the holidays. Would stay again. :)
The bed was a little hard and small. But otherwise the place was great.

Smelled old and musty walking into it, and everytime you used water for anything there was this loud mechanical grinding noise, for the price they charge they can at least have fresh carpet and smell clean.

Great room. In heart of old town by the castle.
Great staff. Huge sweet breakfast and savoury was fresh and well presented.
Restaurant recommendations good.
The room was heated by a noisy air con as radiators were not on.

The hotel is in the best location in Warsaw, the room was comfortable and spacious, the staff was very kind all the time. The breakfast even that it is simple they make it in such a way nice presented and using fresh things and the room where the breakfast is served is lovely, the atmosphere make you really enjoy that moment, I definitely recommend this hotel to stay in Warsaw and will come back again for sure next time in Warsaw,
The bathroom in general could be improved/renovated that would give a much better impression the hotel as it is in the rest of the facilities.

Beautiful historical building in a fantastic location on the Castle Square!
Limited breakfast options of s sweet meal or a salty/savory meal. But it was still nice and the staff was very courteous.

Excellent location for reaching attractions and tram/bus stops. Room was large and airy, the bathroom was a good size and the facilities all worked very well. The room and bathroom were both immaculately clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
There are no real downsides to this hotel, but it's wonderful location on Castle Square does mean that at times with the window open it can be a little noisy in the evening. Do not be put off booking by this.
