Excellent location. Very convenient to the tram station, restaurants, and walk to the Old Town.
Friendly owner and restaurant staff downstairs.
The property doesn't have a lift. Fine for me, but it could be an issue for some.
Sleeping with the window open at night isn’t loud, but there is the bar downstairs. For people who prefer a quiet location, request a room facing the back.

Beautiful place for those who value design. I love the mid-century interior and furniture. Great neighborhood and very central. The host and staff are extremely friendly and helpful in many ways. The owner, Beats, was always available to answer any question, provided us with guides and suggestions for best places to visit and eat. It has a cute cafe with truly the best breakfast and coffee. It's perfect if you're traveling with friends and want multiple rooms. We had an amazing time. Thank you Beats, Markus and all the staff.

Location was actually perfect, very close to bus/tram stops, walking distance to historical monuments, shops and restaurants. We arrived early in the morning before check-in time but the staff allowed us to leave our luggage in the cafe for a few hours. Host was very nice and welcoming. Our room was nice and clean with a good vibe, breakfast served at Miedzy Nami Cafe was very tasty, we appreciated a vegan option for breakfast and alternative milk. There was also STOR café next door which was nice.
The cafe that served breakfast opened at 10am which we did not know beforehand - for us it was a little late. Mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle was nice to have however it was shared with other guests staying in the accommodation. A full length mirror would be useful.

The staff was the friendliest! They were super nice and lovely. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I’ve ever slept on and the interior of the room was very tasteful. Close to everything!

We really liked the B&B. It was in a good location, about ten minutes walk from the central station, not far from the Old Town and near to the National Museum. It is just three rooms, but they are well-furnished and there are tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is served in the bar on the ground floor. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. We were made to feel very welcome. It is quite a hip area with a good range of restaurants and cafes nearby.

the room was spacious and clean. I wish there would have been another comfy chair to sit in but it was fine. there was one very kind staff member who was very helpful. the location is central to everything esp the main railway station. breakfast was tasty and a fair amount of options, but not a large portion. bed was super comfy, loved the pillows and the comforter!
The staff except for the one person mentioned above were generally uninterested. they didn't seem to care about explaining anything or making me feel esepciallyl welcome. there is no elevator so you need to drag suitcases up 2 floors. my room gave out onto the street and it was pretty loud at night. the sound and light proofing wasn't very good. I may be oldfashioned but i also didn't really appreciate the 'trendy' art both in the rooms and the connected cafe. thankfully I was travelling alone but imagined that if I had been travelling with my son I'd need to do a fair amount of awkward explaining about the 'art'. it wasn't even aesthetically pleasing either.

I stayed for work and would have benefited from a desk so I could work when in the room as well. But working at the cafe (where breakfast is served) was as pleasant.

The B&B is centrally located in Warsaw, walking distance to some places and close to the buses, trams and metro stations. There are multiple restaurants in the proximity. We had an excellent breakfast at the B&B every morning and a great tasting coffee. All staff members and owners were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again and we highly recommend it to our friends.
