Stayed here for the second time. Actually the first one was really nice (in 2022 year), that’s why we chose it for the second time and was disappointed a little bit. First of all I wrote to hotel that I would like to have a double room, not twin. When we checked into room - it was a twin room. I went to reception again and the friendly lady “made a free upgrade” to more comfortable room (spoiler: would better to stay in twin room). Design of “upgraded” room was strange and not cozy at all. But the most important the healing was turned off (probably because of economy) - outside temperature was -10C. The next morning we had a breakfast but the restaurant was totally closed and we had to sit basically in corridor and girls working in restaurant offered our some positions we can eat and then brought it personally. The most interesting part begins here: we were outside the whole day and when we came back noticed that there is very cold in the room (outside temperature was still -10C). Boy at reception told something happens with heating and they are trying to fix it. Okay, me and my husband thought we will wait because it was evening and I had a birthday. I asked at reception if it’s possible to have a champagne glasses - boy at reception told me it’s not possible, he is not responsible for restaurant. Forgot to tell - restaurant was, of course, closed because it was Christmas (I guess that was the reason). So at my birthday I was sitting in a cold room and drinking champagne from a tea cup :) thank god they managed to fix the healing because we were already packing our stuff.
Put good assessment only because of tasty breakfast in a restaurant:) not coming back again and not recommending only if you want to play a Russian roulette:)

The staff were very polite and friendly, always ready to help. The room was reasonably clean, and the price was very attractive. The hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from the metro, which makes it quite convenient if you need to get around the city. For a short stay, it can be a good option, especially considering the cost.
The hotel is in an old building located in a rather rough neighborhood — walking around in the evening didn’t feel very safe. Inside, you can clearly feel that the building is old: the floor creaks and sags under the carpet, and the walls have some strange stains. The soundproofing is poor, so you can easily hear what’s happening in other rooms. Overall, it’s fine for a short visit, but I wouldn’t stay there for a longer period.
