Wonderful
Great location on the outskirts of Warsaw with free car parking on site, a supermarket and tram stop a few mins walk away. Petrol station up the road. Very clean. Amazing breakfast
It is a bit noisy being on a main road into Warsaw, and you can hear people walking past your room. So not for someone who wants complete quiet. I slept with ear plugs and it was ok

New, clean. Breakfast was good.
Time to change the mattress, those were a bit painful in the morning. Also paper doors - you hear everything from the hallway.
